Orchid - …And The Cat Turned to Smoke

Everyone knows Orchid. They’re only the epitome of skramz and emoviolence as we know it. Arguably, the only other band that characterizes the genre more is Saetia, but nevertheless, I’m posting this song primarily to share this artwork that I found.

I saw it on my dashboard, and I thought, “Wait… That’s fucking Orchid lyrics! That artwork is not official! Who did that?” Of course, like most bloggers on Tumblr, the person who posted it didn’t credit the artist, so I did some digging, and I found that it was made by DeviantArt user, xcecilamx. For such an amazing depiction of the sadness that is Orchid, we can forgive the X’ed up straight edge bullshit — (Note: After some more digging, I found out that the X’ed up user name is thankfully unrelated to straight edge).
